Match Date Information

Please note that all FC Bayern Munich match dates and times are set provisionally until they are confirmed by the Bundesliga or UEFA (for Champions League fixtures). Matches are often rescheduled due to TV broadcast requirements, cup competitions, or other league commitments.

If the kick-off time has not yet been specified at the time of your booking, we strongly recommend that you plan your stay in Munich accordingly:

- Weekend matches – book your travel and accommodation to ensure being in Munich from Friday to Monday.

- Midweek matches – book your travel and accommodation to be available from Tuesday through to Thursday.

This flexibility ensures that, even if the match is moved by a day, you will still be in Munich to enjoy the game.

As a reminder, all tickets and packages remain valid regardless of date or time changes. Refunds or exchanges are not possible if you are unable to attend the rescheduled match.

We advise checking the official Bayern Munich website and Bundesliga fixture updates regularly in the weeks leading up to your game for the latest confirmation.

Ticket Delivery

Your FC Bayern Munich tickets will be delivered as convenient e-tickets. No need to worry about shipping or collecting tickets in person - everything is handled electronically for your peace of mind.

- Delivery method: Tickets are sent via email as PDF e-tickets.

- Timing: Tickets are usually delivered 2–4 days before the match date. In some cases (such as high-demand games), delivery may be as close as 24 hours before kick-off.

- Access: Simply download the PDF to your smartphone or print it out, then scan it directly at the turnstiles of the Allianz Arena.

- Seating: All tickets in your order are seated together.

We recommend:

- Checking your email inbox and spam folder regularly in the days before the match.

- Making sure your phone is fully charged if you choose to present the ticket digitally.

Stadium Tour: when you receive your football match tickets, you will also receive instructions on how to book your Allianz stadium tour.

Munich Sightseeing Tour: once you book, you will need to let us know which date you would like to take the tour, so that we may book you in. We will contact you for this information closer to the match date. We will also need to know the age of the participants to book the bus tour.

How to get to Allianz Arena in Munich:

- By Subway: Take U6 (towards Garching-Forschungszentrum) to Fröttmaning Station, then walk 10-15 minutes to the stadium.

- By Train: From Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take U6 from Marienplatz to Fröttmaning.

- By Bus: Multiple bus lines go to the Allianz Arena, but the U6 subway is the fastest option.

- By Car: Take the A9 Autobahn, Exit 73 (Fröttmaning-Süd). Parking is available but can fill up quickly.

Public transport is the quickest way, especially on match days!

-Beer, soft drinks, and snacks are available to purchase throughout the stadium.

-Outside food and drink are not allowed.

-Admission information: After the end of the match, access to the fan centres is only permitted to persons aged 16 and over.

Bags & Security

-Stadium security enforces a bag policy: small bags only (usually no larger than A4 size).

-Large backpacks, suitcases, or coolers are prohibited.

-Security checks at entrances are standard; allow extra time for queues.

- Mobile tickets supplied 3–5 days before the match
