Important Information Regarding PSG Tickets

Match Date:
Please note that the match date is provisional until confirmed closer to the event. For weekend matches, we recommend being in the city from Friday to Tuesday, and for midweek matches, from Tuesday to Friday. The club considers the ticket valid regardless of when the match is played and will not allow cancellations or refunds when a match is moved within the same weekend or during the same week.

Ticket Delivery:
You will receive an e-ticket during the week of the match. The ticket will be sent to your email a few days, and sometimes up to 48-24 hours days before the match date.

Customer Information:

IMPORTANT: In accordance with the clubp's security regulations, we will need to collect each guest name from you after you complete your booking. This includes the full names, nationalities, and dates of birth of all guests attending the game.

We will contact you for this information, which is necessary to issue your tickets.

Privacy Notice: The information collected will only be shared with the club and will not be disclosed to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Thank you for your cooperation!

Ticket Availability:
We work directly with the club and only offer official tickets. To ensure a good supply of tickets, we operate with an allocation system. Before each season and for any cup matches, we reserve tickets in our designated allocation. This allows us to offer tickets for matches that might otherwise be sold out.

Our tickets are guaranteed. We do not offer tickets if we do not have them in stock.

Getting to Parc des Princes Stadium:

Public Transport

Metro:
- The closest metro station is Porte de Saint-Cloud on Line 9. From the station, it's a short walk to the stadium.
- Alternatively, you can take Line 10 and get off at Boulogne - Jean Jaurès, then walk about 15 minutes to reach the stadium.
Bus:
- Several bus lines serve the area around Parc des Princes, including Line 62 and Line 72. These can drop you off near the stadium.
