Match date: Can a match date change or be moved?

Please note that the match date is usually confirmed quite late and the date provided is provisional. For weekend matches, we recommend being in the city from Friday to Tuesday, and for weekday matches from Tuesday to Friday. Guests will not be entitled to a refund if a match is moved and travel plans do not allow them to attend.

Ticket delivery: How and when do I receive my tickets?

E-tickets. Your tickets will be sent to your email address 4-2 days before the game. You will then simply need to download them to a mobile device.

Guaranteed Tickets: Are tickets official and are they guaranteed?

Our parent company Travel Connection, is a long standing football ticket agent, and we work directly with the club. We only offer tickets that are in our pre-purchased stock, so if they are available to book online it means they are 100% guaranteed.

Seating: will our seats be together?

We guarantee seats togher.

Home fan areas: will our seats be with home fans or away fans?

Please note that our seats are located in the home areas. It is therefore completely forbidden to wear colours of the away team (scarves, shirts, hats, flags), or to openly show support for the visiting team.

Children & Babies: are there children rates and are babies allowed at the stadium?

Prices are the same for all and please contact us beforehand if you intend on taking a baby with you to the game.

Babes in arms need to be in a front carrier - buggies, prams and carry seats are not permitted within the stadium.

Getting to The Den: How do you get to The Den football stadium?

The easiest way to reach The Den is by train from central London. Trains run regularly to South Bermondsey station, and the journey takes approximately 20 minutes, making it a quick and convenient option for matchday travel. Once you arrive at South Bermondsey, the stadium is just a short five-minute walk. Clear signposts and fellow fans make it easy to navigate, and the walk itself provides a chance to soak up the pre-match atmosphere as supporters make their way to the arena.
